One Planet Developments sells its first Battery Energy Storage System portfolio to Pulse Clean Energy
London, 3rd April 2023 – One Planet Developments Portfolio One Limited, a Joint Venture between One Planet Developments Limited, Viridi RE, and Green Enesys Group has successfully completed the sale of two BESS projects in Stafford and Aberdeen, UK with a total capacity of 90 MW. The projects are targeted to come online in 2024.
This is the first exit for the joint venture, which is developing a 1GW+ pipeline of UK BESS and solar projects.
James Stoney of One Planet Developments commented “After building an experienced, focused team and quietly developing a significant pipeline, we are delighted to have completed the sale of our first two assets. We look forward to bringing further solar and BESS projects to the market soon”.
