VIRIDI RE and Green Enesys Successfully Signed SPAs for Agata PV (65 MWp) and Zafiro PV (51 MWp) Projects with Axpo
VIRIDI RE and Green Enesys are pleased to announce the signing of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) for the Agata PV project (65 MWp) and the Zafiro PV project (51 MWp) located in Cabra, Córdoba, Spain. The agreements were signed with Axpo.
The Agata and Zafiro projects are set to significantly contribute to the renewable energy landscape in Spain, with a combined capacity of 116 MWp. These projects underscore the ongoing commitment of VIRIDI RE, Green Enesys, and Axpo to advancing sustainable energy solutions and contributing to the global transition towards greener energy sources.
The legal advisors that have participated in the transaction have been Montero &Aramburu and Ontier.
