Posadas

Spain

Posadas Solar PV Park is a 50MW solar PV power project located in Andalusia.

Project

The Posadas Solar PV Plant is a 50 MWp renewable energy project in Posadas, Córdoba, Andalucía, Spain. The project spans 122 hectares and utilizes polycrystalline PV modules from a tier 1 manufacturer, each with a rated capacity of 440W. The plant is equipped with a one-axis tracking system and 19 inverters. Since its commissioning in March 2021, the plant has been generating 100,000 MWh of clean electricity annually, enough to power 28,000 households. By offsetting 35,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year, the project contributes significantly to reducing the region’s carbon footprint.
